The start of school is right around the corner! Students in Cohort A will begin August 11th, students in Cohort B will report on August 12th, and all students will return on August 15th. Schools will inform you of your child's cohort.
We are anxiously awaiting your return!
For the 2nd year in a row, basic school supplies will be provided for our students in grades K-12 by St. Landry Parish School Board. Please note: Any additional supplies needed can be found on school websites and/or will be communicated by your child's school.

Just a reminder that the Panther Store is LIVE! Students will, once again, be allowed to wear SPIRIT SHIRTS any day of the week! Also, in extremely cold temperatures (40º and below) , students will be allowed to wear the royal blue sweatpants that can be purchased through the store. The 2022-2023 school year will begin with a staggered entry schedule:
Students with EVEN house numbers in their address (Ex. 124 Main Street) will attend school on THURSDAY, AUGUST 11th. They WILL NOT come to school on Friday, August 12th. They WILL RETURN on Monday, August 15th.
Students with ODD house numbers in their address (Ex. 123 Main Street) will attend school on Friday, August 12th. They WILL RETURN on Monday, August 15th.
REGISTRATION is OPEN NOW for NEW students. Returning students will need to fill out paperwork once school has begun, but DO NOT need to come for registration.
We will have a MEET THE TEACHER open house on TUESDAY, August 9th from 3:00 - 5:30.

GPE parents: Students who ride BUS 593, Mr. Kevin Auzenne, WILL NOT BE RUNNING tomorrow, THURSDAY, May 26th. Please notify the school or your child's teacher if your child will not be attending school because of lack of transportation so they can be excused.
GPE Parents: School will be dismissing early on TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 25th and THURSDAY, May 26th. Buses will depart at 12:10 and parents may begin picking up students at 12:15. Hope you all have a great summer!!
GPE Parents: Remind that report cards will be mailed to you on Friday, May 27th. We are requesting $2.00 to cover the cost of postage/envelopes. If you would rather come to pick up your child's report card, you may come by the office the week of May 31st - June 3rd (closed Monday, May 30th).
